Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear, skip jewelry dips and harsh chemicals, and store them in their pouch away from sunlight and humidity.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Shipping is a $10 flat rate on all U.S. orders.
  • Please allow 2-3 days for processing before your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International shipping, including to Canada, is not available at this time.
  • Orders can only be placed with a U.S. shipping address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

House of Harlow gladly accepts unused, unworn, or defective merchandise returns and exchanges on eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

House of Harlow does not accept returns on fine jewelry or sale items. Fine jewelry and sale items are final sale.

House of Harlow does not accept returns on Bespoke jewelry styles. Bespoke jewelry is final sale. No discounts apply to Bespoke jewelry.

All jewelry packaging must be in tact and returned with the product.

Any eligible returns will be refunded to your original form of payment and a return label will be issued to you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once a return label is issued the item needs to be shipped within 10 days.
