House of Harlow does not accept returns on fine jewelry or sale items. Fine jewelry and sale items are final sale.

Fine Jewelry is not available for international shipping. The customer will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.

All jewelry packaging must be in tact and returned with the product.

Any eligible returns will be refunded to your original form of payment and a return label will be issued to you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once a return label is issued the item needs to be shipped within 10 days.
