Care

Treat your Tigerlily Drop Earrings gently to keep the gold bright and the stones secure. Put them on last, after perfume and lotion, and take them off before swimming, exercising or heavy work. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store them in their pouch, apart from other pieces so the diamonds cannot scratch them.

Citrine is a natural stone. Keep it away from hard knocks and out of prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade its color. Solid 18k gold can be cleaned at home with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush. A high-polish finish will show fine surface marks over time; a jeweler can restore it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

House of Harlow gladly accepts unused, unworn, or defective merchandise returns and exchanges on eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

House of Harlow does not accept returns on fine jewelry or sale items. Fine jewelry and sale items are final sale.

House of Harlow does not accept returns on Bespoke jewelry styles. Bespoke jewelry is final sale. No discounts apply to Bespoke jewelry.

House of Harlow currently only offers international shipping to Canada. All international shipments are final sale. HOH does not accept returns on international orders. Fine Jewelry is not available for international shipping. The customer will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.

All jewelry packaging must be in tact and returned with the product.

Any eligible returns will be refunded to your original form of payment and a return label will be issued to you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once a return label is issued the item needs to be shipped within 10 days.
